A recent United States Department of Justice study concluded that the most dangerous place to be in the United States is the workplace. When there is aggressive and disrespectful behavior in our workplaces its effects have a negative impact on productivity, morale, retention, profits and wellness both of the company and individual employees. In short, rude behaviors, bullying and badgering are taking a toll on the bottom line. If left unchecked, these behaviors can lead to violence.

Our workshops and individual coaching emphasize the importance of RESPECT among all levels of employees as a function of understanding and managing a set of entwined components. Unlike social etiquette, we look at putting a sustainable civility program in your organization. Our programs are more indepth than mere business etiquette. We emphasize modules on the concept of respect, conflict management, listening, negotiation skills and affirming others and putting tools at people's disposals so that employees know how to handle setbacks with grace and renewed determination and monitor their emotions constructively.
