The topics of our workshops have been titled, "Respect Revisited: Building
a Sustainable Civility Culture in Your Organization" as well as
"Civility as a Companion to Diversity"
and "Civility and Spiritual Nourishment in Times of Terror".
We have more topics. They are customized for your needs and can vary from half day
to full day sessions. Some organizations want longer gatherings and others ask
for individual coaching time with employees. We can arrange to teach a large
conference with breakout sessions facilitated by our associates. Or Dr. Gonthier
teaches all the courses to smaller groups for a company over a period of several
days. Our workshops are extremely interactive with a variety of modules focusing
on listening skills, respect exercises, conflict management, learning to be graceful
when setbacks occur, getting over society's reluctance to treat others nicely,
customer service, etc. We have workbooks with many exercises and even homework
when necessary. Our ideal size for a class is 25, but we have worked with workshops
as big as 140 per class.
The fee is negotiable depending on length and number of participants. We use PowerPoint
in a limited fashion and incorporate films. Our workshops receive consistently high
ratings and we always get "spin-off business". That means, others in the class refer
us to other organizations.
A Facilitator's Guide and Participant Workbook kit can be packaged for in-house training.
